What happens if my package is returned to sender?
- Your package can be reshipped once it is returned to us. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before it can be sent out again.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
- Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our control. If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us via email and the mail carrier directly.
How can I cancel my order?
- We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, as we aim to fulfill orders quickly. However, once your order is delivered, you may return items in accordance with our return policy.
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can it be applied afterward?
- Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after purchase. Please use your code on your next order.
